RANCH POLICIES

  • Gift Certificates are available!

  • At booking we request payment in full for 1 day stay. 50% for two or more nights. Balance upon check-in. Deposit refunded if cancelled 7 days in advance of check-in date - 30 Day notice required for special inn events or whole lodge reservations. Whole lodge $540/night. With private Wrangler Suite $690/night. $25 handling fee for any room cancellation.

  • You may bring your own horses (boarding is $15/horse/night). They must arrive with negative coggins papers. We love other pets but cannot accommodate them at the lodge.

  • If you enjoy smoking, please feel free to do so on the porches and grounds. Please do not smoke in the lodge or barns.

  • Children are very welcome at the lodge. For their safety please supervise your children at all times.

  • Parking is provided free to our guests for your trailers, boats and RV's.

DIRECTIONS:

FROM THE WEST: Take 131 to exit #131. (First exit south of Big Rapids)
Turn East on 8 Mile Road. Go 5 Miles to dead end .
Turn North (L) on 155th 1/2 Miles to end and road will turn to right and become Buchanan.
Take Buchanan East 3 Miles to 125th. Turn north (L) on 125th and into the first driveway and under the timber arches.

FROM THE EAST: Take 127 to Mt. Pleasant. Take M20 West of Mt. Pleasant 23 Miles. M20 will turn right. You go straight and continue on 9 Mile Road. Go 3 Miles to dead end at 90th. Turn South (L) on 90th and go 1/2 Mile to 1st Stop Sign. Turn West (R) onto Buchanan. Go 3 Miles to 125th. Turn north (R) onto 125th and into first driveway and under the timber arches.
