HORSEBACK RIDING: Guided rides into over 700 acres of rolling timberland laced with winding trails. Catch a glimpse of whitetail deer and small forest animals along the ride. Rides for beginner and experienced riders. Riding horses of many different sizes and colors. Age 18 + - $25/hour. Age 9-17 - $20/hour (each additional hour $15).

- $5 per person discount for overnight guests
- 1 to 4 hour rides available
- Picnic rides please add $10 per person
- Frequent rider card special: 12 hours for $180 (can be used by multiple riders all year
- Arena riding available at the same rates

FAT LITTLE PONY RIDES: Saddled ponies are led into a pasture and wooded area. Adults can lead, walk along or just watch. Pony parties also available at the ranch. Rides: $7 /Parties $49. Special Event Parties $10/person: Includes cup-cakes, party sign, horse drawn wagon and pony ride, and 3 games and prizes.

HORSE DRAWN NATURE RIDES: Wagons drawn by mammoth horses take you into the wooded trails for spectacular views. Return to bon-fire. Day or night rides
available. $5-$7/person. Horse Drawn Michigan Nature Rides $7/person ($30 minimum).

JINGLE BELL SLEIGH RIDES: Crunching hoofs take you on a winter wonderland ride. Grandpa's old sleigh blankets & Grandma's old quilts keep you warm and cozy during the ride. Return to steaming mugs of frothy hot cocoa. $7/person, Kids 3 & under free ($75 minimum)

BOARDING: Horse and pony boarding available in our barns and pastures.  $250/month. $15/Day for Travelers. (Must have negative coggins papers.)

Riding Program available - horses boarded for free June, July, & August.  Call for details

WESTERN RIDING LESSONS: Horse or pony. Learn to ride, groom, saddle and safety tips. $30/Hr. (5 lesson package $125).  Special group rates available.


Equine Group Education Programs


 

NATURE RIDES: Wagon ride into woodland to collect nature treasures. Return to education barn for crafts and games to learn more about Michigan woodlands.  Each geared to age of group.$5.00/person ($30 minimum).


GIRL & BOY SCOUTS: **Horse Sense Merit badge**  Multiple equine learning stations are set up for earning horse lovers badge. Feeding, grooming, safety, tack and riding are taught. Horseback riding followed by fun activities and hot dog roast.

  -  Trail Rides - $15/ hr

3 Hour day camp
  -  $30/ Person (includes 1 meal)

27 Hour overnight camp
  -  $65/ Person (2 nights $125)
  -  $85/ Person Saturday nights
  -  Includes 3 meals
  -  50% deposit due at time of booking
  -  Balance due 1 week prior to arrival.

Wildlife Merit Badge: Study a nature setting, identify plants, animals, tracks by using a field guide Note: Camping is always available free in the state land directly behind the ranch.

Collecting Merit Badge: Start your own collection of nature items. Find a way to display your items.

Scrap-booking Badge: Bring your own photos & scrap-book and learn to display them in eye-catching new ways for memories that last a lifetime.
 

HORSE CAMP: Day or overnight camp. Adopt a horse for 3 or 5 days. Fun team and individual activities, awards and trophies, games, crafts, . Day camp - 5 days 9:00-3:00 includes lunch $300 (or $75/ day). Overnight Camp - includes meals & stay in the lodge for $100/ night. Age 9-17.

TEAM BUILDING CAMP: Adults and youth - Great for church, business, and organizational groups.  Day Camp$30/ person.  Overnight $65/ person (midweek) & $80/ person (weekends).

SCHOOL FIELD TRIPS:  2-1/2 hour programs, B.Y.O. Lunch.  $5/ person
